The payment run today
- One bank tab per entity — BT Go here, ING Business there
- e-Factura downloaded from SPV, one XML at a time
- IBANs copy-pasted between windows — one transposed digit is a bounced payment
- Taxes due on the 25th live in a separate reminder
- No single place says what has actually been paid
OpenPay collapses that into one list.
How it works
Invoices arrive on their own
e-Factura and taxes straight from ANAF. The list fills itself — nothing to upload.
Approve what should go out
Tick the items to pay. The running total updates as you select.
Confirm once, at your bank
One batch, one multi-factor confirmation at your bank. OpenPay cannot move money on its own.
Follow it to the receipt
Each payment reports its status as it settles, and the receipt is there to download.

Before you connect a bank
What happens to your money and your data
The honest version, not a badge wall. If anything below is unclear, ask us before you sign up.
Every payment is authorised by you
Payments are confirmed through your bank with multi-factor authentication. OpenPay cannot move money on its own.
Initiated directly with your bank
Transfers are initiated with your bank over integrated open banking — no re-keying IBANs, no copy-paste between systems.
ANAF access you can revoke
You grant OpenPay access to your invoices through ANAF from inside your account, and you can withdraw it there at any time.
Your data is not for sale
We do not sell or pass on your name, email address, phone number or any other information you give us. You can delete your account and its data.
