One list for the whole payment run
Supplier invoices from ANAF, in one list. Approve them, confirm at your bank, watch them settle.
A payment run that took an afternoon takes under a minute.
Free until 1 December 2026 · No card · Web, iOS and Android
Payments are confirmed at your bank. OpenPay cannot move money on its own.
The payment run today
- One bank tab per entity — BT Go here, ING Business there
- e-Factura downloaded from SPV, one XML at a time
- IBANs copy-pasted between windows — one transposed digit is a bounced payment
- No single place says what has actually been paid
OpenPay collapses that into one list, done in under a minute.
From the list to the receipt
Invoices arrive on their own
e-Factura straight from ANAF. The list fills itself — nothing to upload.
Approve what should go out
Tick the items to pay. The running total updates as you select.
Confirm once, at your bank
One batch, one multi-factor confirmation at your bank. OpenPay cannot move money on its own.
Follow it to the receipt
Your part is over in under a minute — settlement then runs on the bank’s clock. Each payment reports its status as it goes, and the receipt is there to download.
The banks you can pay from today
Payments are initiated with all six over open banking. Supplier invoices come from ANAF — access you grant from inside your account and can withdraw at any time.

- Manual entry: None — no uploads, no CSV exports, no re-typing
- On arrival: Indexed, filterable, ready for approval

- Attribution: Every payment tied to one company
What happens to your money and your data
If anything below is unclear, ask us before you sign up.
Sends the payment instruction
The invoices you selected, as one instruction. Nothing has moved yet.
Your bank
Authenticates you
You authorise the run at your bank, with multi-factor authentication. OpenPay is not part of this step.
Moves the money
Your bank makes the transfers on its own clock. OpenPay only reads the result back.
There is no account here to hold your money — No wallet, no escrow, no settlement account — nowhere your money could sit, even briefly. That is how it is built, not a promise about how we behave.
What you need before you start — An account, the company's ANAF-registered digital certificate for e-Factura, and access to the bank account you pay from.
ANAF access you can revoke — You grant it from inside your account, and you can withdraw it there at any time.
Your data is not for sale — We do not sell or pass on anything you give us. You can delete your account and its data.
